Regarding: State Land Board to consider Ms. Rosmarino as commissioner.

I do not see Ms Rosmarino as a good fit for the Colorado State Land Board. Her words and actions are far too radical for Colorado leadership or any civil society for that matter. Per The Fence Post, May 23,2025, citing a Mother Jones article,” Rosmarino called the Vail arson (ELF claimed responsibility.) “one of the most beautiful acts of economic sabotage ever in this state,” and said she was, “jumping up and down with delight” when she heard about the arson. According to Markels’ reporting, Rosmarino called the arsonists heroes.”

AI reports: “Nicole Rosmarino was active in environmental activism in the late 1990s, particularly opposing Vail Resorts' expansion plans.

She was a wildlife coordinator for Rocky Mountain Animal Defense (RMAD) and participated in protests alongside members of the Earth Liberation Front (ELF). However, there is no evidence that she was a member of ELF or directly involved in their actions. She did express admiration for the arsonists who set fires in Vail in 1998, calling it "one of the most beautiful acts of economic sabotage ever in this state".

The FBI investigated and convicted six individuals responsible for the fires, with one remaining on the Most Wanted List.” SouthernPlains Land Trust, Tutchon, First mister, Reis and Rosmarino are involved in wolf program along with the governor. By all accounts this is a danagerous program that is wasting money and killing cattle. I hope people are not harmed. We the people will lose our ability to enjoy the great outdoors as Ms Rosmarino works to rewild Colorado.

Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” Gen 1:26
